Coercive, Authoritative, Affiliative, Democratic, Pacesetting and Coaching.
Unlearn
There is no single style that dominates or would work best. It all depends on when it should be applied i.e. the situation.
Relearn
These six leadership style is applied depending on the situation or the objective that need to be achieved. Thus is these styles could be applied together with Situational Leadership.
