USER ACCEPTANCE TEST (UAT)

UAT is normally conducted by IT department to test a particular developed system or software. It allows users to test the system and provide feedback to improve the system. At the end of the testing, user would need to sign of on UAT.
Unlearn
If user is not happy with the system, they should not have sign on the UAT.
Relearn
In my company, when we participate in UAT, we were told to write out the problems, issues and challenges face when testing the system. Once all information is documented we could then sign on the UAT although it needs further improvement.
