Strategy Innovation process, which is also named as the Discovery Process, is a method for creating a portfolio of innovative, new business opportunities that could become the basis for a new strategic direction for a corporation. It is interesting to know that strategy innovation is not done by a single person. You need a team to be able to drive the change. Setting up this team is called the Staging Phase of the Discovery Process. This is followed by Aligning Phase, Exploring Phase, Creating Phase & Mapping Phase.
